Your early years playing Kairosoft Pocket Academy (English) are extremely critical to determine your gameplay. During early years, your priorities are:
- Numbers of students. This can be achived by spirits from popular spots and increasing the number of teachers (please bear in mind teacher stats in not your priority -- so hire 3-4 low paid teacher should attract transfer students).
- Income from student fee. Do as much challenge as you can. I usually do challenges with 60% or more chance of passing. Combined with the high number of students, an increase in student fee will add up.
- Year-end school rank bonuses. Use your hum, tech, PE points on special class.
You started out with $20,000 cash, avoid to spend all of them in one go. During early years, your teacher and facilities upkeep cost will be higher than income from students. You will need those cash to balance negative the cash flow during these years.
You should avoid being in debt as you will require cash to do school events. These events are important to increase your school popularity.
Do as much challenge as you can. I usually do challenges with 60% or more chance of passing.
Stick to 1 teacher for 2 classrooms thumb rule. Avoid spending money on expensive teacher. You should 3-4 low-paid low-stats (not more than 1.2k salary) teachers or more to attract transfer students. At this stage, stats aren't your priority.
Popular spots. Popular spots. Popular spots. Avoid builing too many fields, chicken, or rabbit rooms; 2 - 3 for early years should be enough.
In year 3, you should be able to to reach 20 or so students with 3 - 4 low paid teacher easily.
